The University has both self catering residences and full catering residences. The self catering residences are traditionally for senior students whilst the catering residences for first and 2nd year students.

The dining rooms in the catering residences offer set breakfast, lunch and supper menus plus a range of call order ala carte items. Catering at the University Residences is currently managed by Fedics Food Services.

A student has the option to purchase a meal from the range of available ala carte items.

Dining rooms are open from 07h00 – 19h00 Monday to Sunday during the academic terms and only close during the June/July and December recess periods.

  • The University has also installed a computerised Meal Management System to assist parents and bursars with funds allocation by means of the student access card. Please refer to the MMS brochure for more information on the Meal Management System.
